Intellectual Property Agreement

By purchasing and downloading the 3D model(s) from Twin Crest Innovations LLC ("Designer"), the purchaser ("Customer") agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Intellectual Property Agreement. These terms automatically apply upon purchase and use of the 3D model(s) and do not require a signature or further acknowledgment.

The Designer grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license for the purchased 3D model(s). This license allows the Customer to:

The Customer acknowledges that the 3D model(s) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Designer. The Customer shall not:

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

The Designer retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the 3D model(s), including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights. The Customer's purchase only grants a limited license for personal use as specified in this Agreement.

4. No Reverse Engineering

The Customer shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the 3D model(s).

5. Termination of License

This license remains in effect as long as the Customer complies with the terms of this Agreement. If the Customer breaches any term, the license will be terminated immediately, and the Customer must cease using and delete all copies of the 3D model(s).

6. Injunctive Relief

The Customer acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement could cause irreparable harm to the Designer. In such cases, the Designer has the right to seek injunctive relief and other legal remedies.

7. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Designer harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Customer’s breach of this Agreement or misuse of the 3D model(s).

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire in the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. No Modifications

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the 3D model(s). Any attempt to modify, alter, or waive any part of this Agreement without written consent from the Designer is void.
